Capacity is open in your cell right now. Place your order and the standard hardware kit typically ships within approximately two weeks.
Your cell is at current network capacity. Starlink holds your deposit and opens your cell as additional satellite shells launch or existing users churn. In practice, wait times range from a few weeks to several months.
Starlink is not yet licensed or regulatory approved in your country. Waiting alone will not change this; watch for national telecom regulatory breakthroughs instead.
